The city library, located on the Atatürk Street, is a cultural location on the pedestrian axis. The building, located between Konya Atatürk Museum and the Institute of Maturation, is a structure made of transparent glass and steel structure. The fact that the building has foldable façades on the ground and terraces, and includes a coffee house on the ground floor, makes the library structure attractive and inviting. The transparency of the structure also allows the wooden library block placed inside to attract attention. The stairs that lead to the upper floor of the building are designed next to the amplified reading-sitting steps with a Wi-fi and an electrical infrastructure.
