The project takes its inspiration from the topography of Bursa. The Project is located on the skirts of Yıldırım Municipality Mollaarap Hill which is a unique area facing the Eşrefliler street park and the Bursa Plain. Houses placed on the ridges of Mollaarap Hill and on the axis of the landscape are differentiated by the sun, the wind, public and residential terraces, and social facilities. 1+1, 2+1, 3+1 apartments, with their own terraces and different space experiences, have a simple organisation that is resolved on the axis of a single main corridor. Moreover, the street in front of the building was pedestrianized which turned it into a commercial street serving the park and the region.
