AURADS is a production platform founded by Filiz Cingi Yurdakul. This platform explores architecture, urban design and interior design. This multidisciplinary platform, involving multiple actors, domains and scales the main focus of the effort is the new space experiences.
In the design of a building, the life cycle of the building is taken as the primary design criterion. It reflects the actions and interactions of the building users about their internal and external environments on the building design. AuraDS turns these scenarios to spatial relations and form of the building.
Filiz Cingi Yurdakul was born in 1980 in Ankara. Graduated from Middle East Technical University, Faculty of Architecture, and Department of Architecture in 2003. She produced curiously in all aspects of architectural practice on a wide range of scales and roles. She worked on urban design projects, mixed-use projects, commercial buildings, large and small scale housing projects, educational buildings, shopping centers, offices, hotel projects and interior design and has an experience in design, project management and construction management phases on projects.

VISION
AURADS Company believes that the projects which doesn’t take the human and build history as its base will be left careless. So, the company makes researches on archeology, antropology, neuro-art and architecture history.
The company focuses on the point in which architecture becomes more than a necessary shelter. It researches the cultural connections, historical changes and developments and how the societies changes reflects on the build environment ; at the same time within the scope of the world’s art, it examines the historical build dynamism. We try to understand the connection between the microcosmos and macrocosmos since architecture stands right at this point where the life, death, immortality, timelessness, monumentality and cultural remains meet.
We think that the aesthetic curiosity in human beings and the code which pushes them towards the beautiful and enable them to develope is one of the most important features of a human being. As the AURADS Company, we try to understand the collective mind of the people; the reality, the legends, and follow the foot steps of the architects that carries the inspiration of the geography in order to do architecture within the scope of imagination.
UNIVERSAL GOALS
As the AURADS Company, we support the United Nation’s Universal Declaration. We are directly responsible of the human rights, our workers and their safety, working environment and the social conditions of the general welfare and the workers’ conditions.
The company also supports the United Nation’s 2030’s Sustainable Development Goals and make additional studies towards this aim within the scope of the project needs program.

NEURO-ART APPROACH
The neuro-art movement pioneered by John Onians as an art historian; it consists of studies conducted by anthropologists, neurologists, archaeologists, sociologists and art historians, on the aesthetic codes in the human brain, the reasons for our aesthetic perception and how it is directed, and the results of these experiments. As the AURADS Company, we predict that artificial intelligence and neuro-art studies that use neuroscience in the way of doing and seeing can come together. Such a possibility will profoundly affect all approaches to art and architecture.
HUMAN SCALE AND THE ENVIRONMENT
The focus of our architecture is always human. In this sense, the landscape, environment, space perception and scale of the building should also be at human scale.
As the AURADS company, we focus on the life to be lived. We develop our projects by putting people first. We work seriously and actively to meet our commitment to creating value for the employer and society. We believe that structures should be able to make a difference for the people who use them.
SUSTAINABLE ARCHITECTURE
Considering the human-environment relationship and the historical process, designing a building with environmental awareness is not a choice but a necessity. Buildings are currently responsible for one-third of emitted CO₂ emissions and about 40% of energy consumption. As AURA DS Compnay, we want to be a part of the group that takes the responsibility of changing the negative impact of buildings on the environment and contribute to positive development.
Depending on the content of the sustainability strategy in our projects; We carry out our recommendations according to the content of the project and the needs of the employer.
Working with sustainability certified experts, as the AURADS Company, we conclude the project with the early-stage design strategies related to energy, indoor climate conditions, daylight and life cycle analyzes; sustainable material selection and environmental risks associated with building products; health, total economic analysis and daylight conditions (brightness, contrast conditions and sunlight intake conditions) as well as indoor climate – summer and winter simulations.
BIM
BIM adds value to projects by bringing a more realistic perspective to project design and construction processes, effective collaboration between different actors, and more accurate management of time and cost. This makes BIM an essential tool for project management, increased quality and better productivity.
AURADS Company’s BIM studies are the result of our passion to follow the latest working methods.
The building model makes it easy for both consultants and construction activities to overcome the project and its challenges. Even in the most complex and challenging design conditions, solutions become easier to identify, develop and validate for the consultant.
