The development spans a total construction area of 45,500 square meters and consists of 80 accomodation units and a boutique hotel, all thoughtfully integrated into the surrounding natural environment. Beyond its impressive spatial offerings, the project stands out for the lifestyle it provides. Each residence features uninterrupted views of the Aegean Sea, while expansive glass surfaces foster a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor spaces. Private swimming pools, intimate lounge areas around fire pits, and open-air kitchens contribute to a truly unique living experience. The boutique hotel, an integral part of the project, offers refined and tranquil accommodations that reflect the peaceful spirit of the region.
