Cosa \u0130ncek Projesi Ankara\u2019n\u0131n h\u0131zl\u0131 geli\u015fen yerle\u015fim b\u00f6lgesi \u0130ncek\u2019te kentin yo\u011fun ve h\u0131zl\u0131 ya\u015fam\u0131ndan ka\u00e7mak isteyenler i\u00e7in yeni bir ya\u015fam alternatifi sunmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n

Projeyi \u00f6zel k\u0131lan, arsada yer alan yeti\u015fkin ve de\u011ferli a\u011fa\u00e7lard\u0131r. Proje bir davetli yar\u0131\u015fma sonras\u0131nda elde edilmi\u015f olup, villa yerle\u015fiminin tamamen a\u011fa\u00e7lar\u0131n korunmas\u0131na y\u00f6nelik bir tasar\u0131m anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131yla olu\u015fturulmas\u0131 se\u00e7ilmesinde en \u00f6nemli kriter olmu\u015ftur. Vaziyet yerle\u015fimindeki villa adetleri, imarda izin verilen adetten az yap\u0131larak daha geni\u015f bah\u00e7e kullan\u0131m\u0131 ve a\u011fa\u00e7 korunumu m\u00fcmk\u00fcn k\u0131l\u0131nm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Yap\u0131 yerle\u015fimi ve villa planlar\u0131 a\u011fa\u00e7lar\u0131n yerle\u015fimi, tipolojisi, ta\u015f\u0131nabilen ve ta\u015f\u0131namayan a\u011fa\u00e7lar\u0131n analizi ile \u015fekillenmi\u015ftir. Vaziyet plan\u0131, villalar\u0131n arka cephelerinin arsa \u00e7eperindeki sedir, k\u00f6knar ve kara\u00e7am a\u011fa\u00e7lar\u0131na y\u00f6neltirken, m\u00fcstakil bah\u00e7e kullan\u0131mlar\u0131na izin veren; \u00f6n cephelerinde ise sokak olu\u015fturarak arazinin orta k\u0131sm\u0131nda yer alan yo\u011fun a\u011fa\u00e7l\u0131 koru b\u00f6lgelerini villa bah\u00e7elerinde b\u0131rakan bir \u015fekilde yerle\u015fim d\u00fczenlenmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n

Villalar son derece y\u00fcksek kaliteli, ayd\u0131nl\u0131k ve ferah birimler sunar. Ana giri\u015f kap\u0131s\u0131ndan girildi\u011finden itibaren y\u00fczme havuzu ile perspektif zenginle\u015ftirilen geni\u015f bah\u00e7eyi ve yeti\u015fkin a\u011fa\u00e7lar\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcr k\u0131lar.
