Ankara\u2019da konumlanan karma kullan\u0131ml\u0131 proje, toplam 26.500 m\u00b2 in\u015faat alan\u0131 \u00fczerinde dinamik ve \u00e7ok y\u00f6nl\u00fc bir ya\u015fam deneyimi sunmaktad\u0131r. Proje kapsam\u0131nda yer alan d\u00fckkanlar, kiosklar, ortak \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma alan\u0131, spor salonu ve 1+0, 1+1, 2+1 daire tiplerinden olu\u015fan konut birimleri, ticaret ve ya\u015fam\u0131 bir araya getiren b\u00fct\u00fcnc\u00fcl bir yakla\u015f\u0131m\u0131 yans\u0131tmaktad\u0131r. Projenin merkezinde yer alan ve s\u00fcrekli hareket halinde olan i\u00e7 avlu, sosyal a\u00e7\u0131dan canl\u0131 bir zemin kat deneyimine olanak verir. Avlu boyunca konumlanan kiosklar ve ortak kullan\u0131m alanlar\u0131, kullan\u0131c\u0131 etkile\u015fimini art\u0131r\u0131rken kamusal ya\u015fant\u0131y\u0131 destekleyen bir kentsel atmosfer yaratmaktad\u0131r. Modern kent ya\u015fam\u0131n\u0131n ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131na yan\u0131t veren proje, sosyal alanlarla desteklenen esnek ve etkile\u015fime a\u00e7\u0131k bir ya\u015fam alan\u0131 tan\u0131mlamaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n
