Ankara Bat\u0131kent\u2019te y\u00fckselen ve mimari ile i\u00e7 mimari tasar\u0131m\u0131 b\u00fcy\u00fck bir titizlikle AURADS taraf\u0131ndan ele al\u0131nan proje, 57.879 m\u00b2\u2019lik bir alan \u00fczerinde, 3 blokta yer alan 144 adet 5+1, 4+1 ve 2+1 daire ile 18 \u00f6zel villadan olu\u015fan bir ya\u015fam alan\u0131 sunmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n

Cephe tasar\u0131m\u0131nda \u00e7a\u011fda\u015f mimari dikey ve yatay elemanlar kullan\u0131larak projeye etkileyici b\u00fct\u00fcnsel genel karakterini vermektedir. Villalarda ise, tu\u011fla gibi s\u0131cak ve do\u011fal malzemeler palete eklenmi\u015ftir. Projenin sundu\u011fu ye\u015fil alanlar ve spor alanlar\u0131 kullan\u0131c\u0131lar\u0131 i\u00e7in do\u011fa ile uyum i\u00e7inde bir ya\u015fam deneyimi sa\u011flar. Kullan\u0131c\u0131lara dinlenme ve sosyalle\u015fme f\u0131rsatlar\u0131 sunar.<\/p>\n

Daireler, fonksiyonel bir i\u00e7 mek\u00e2n tasar\u0131m\u0131na sahip olup, her bir alan\u0131n maksimum verimlilikle kullan\u0131lmas\u0131 hedeflenmi\u015ftir. 5+1 ve 4+1 daireler geni\u015f alileler veya geni\u015f ya\u015fam alan\u0131 tercihli kullan\u0131c\u0131lar\u0131 hedeflerken; 2+1 daireler, geni\u015f oturma alanlar\u0131, iyi planlanm\u0131\u015f bir mutfak ve konforlu yatak odalar\u0131 ile tasarlanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n

Dairelerin tasar\u0131m\u0131nda, do\u011fal \u0131\u015f\u0131k \u00f6nemli bir tasar\u0131m kriteri olmu\u015ftur. Kullan\u0131lan malzemeler, estetik ve i\u015flevsellik ilkeleri g\u00f6z \u00f6n\u00fcnde bulundurularak titizlikle se\u00e7ilmi\u015ftir. Do\u011fal dokular ve uyumlu renk paletleri, mek\u00e2nlarda huzurlu bir atmosfer yaratmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n
