The project, which has a lake view, was designed with the aim of using a multi-purpose garden. The kitchen, living area, children’s playroom, and main entrance hall have been resolved with the principle of interior-exterior transparency while the garden, the parking lot, outbuildings, hobby rooms, pool service and SPA areas have been resolved at the lower level by taking advantage of the sloped topography. Bedrooms are located on the upper floors. Natural stone and natural wood façade materials were emphasized, and a design with a strong spatial richness with light-space-landscape relationship was aimed with skylights and sun shading elements.
