BURSA CUMALIKIZIK CITY PARK ARCHITECTURAL PROJECTS
Cumalıkızık village, which was included in the World Heritage Tentative List by UNESCO in 2000, was registered as a World Heritage Site in 2014. The project, which consists of the administration, cafe-restaurant, horse shelter and health buildings in the park area near the Cumalıkızık village, takes its inspiration from the historical Cumalıkızık Village houses. The materials, proportions and design principles of the buildings were reinterpreted by analyzing the village houses. Masonry stone walls and wooden angled beams are the main structural elements in the buildings.
